Getting Started

What is Fundaloop?

Fundaloop is a mobile app for organizing rotating savings groups (paluwagan). Members contribute a fixed amount each cycle, and one member receives the full pot each round until everyone has had a turn.

Is Fundaloop free?

Yes. Fundaloop is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges.

How do I create an account?

Download Fundaloop from the App Store or Google Play. You can sign up with your email, Google, or Apple account.

Managing Your Group

How do contributions work?

Money moves directly between members — via cash, GCash, bank transfer, or any method your group agrees on. The admin marks contributions as paid in the app when received.

How are payouts handled?

Each cycle, one member receives the full pot. The payout order can be set by the admin or randomized. The admin confirms when a payout has been delivered.

Does Fundaloop process payments?

No. Fundaloop is a coordination tool only. It tracks contributions and payouts but does not hold or transfer money.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account > Delete Account in the app. You can also email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Is my data secure?

Yes. All connections use HTTPS encryption. We do not store payment card or banking information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I change my sign-in method?

Currently, the sign-in method is set at registration. Contact support if you need to update your login credentials.
