1. About Fundaloop

Fundaloop is a platform that enables users to organize and participate in Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCA) or savings circles.

Through Fundaloop, users may:

• Create savings groups
• Join savings groups
• Contribute funds on a recurring cycle
• Receive payouts according to a group schedule

Fundaloop does not operate as a bank, lender, or financial institution.

Fundaloop provides software tools that facilitate coordination among group members. All money movement happens externally between members.

2. Eligibility

To use Fundaloop, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

By using Fundaloop, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify Fundaloop immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Fundaloop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Savings Groups

Fundaloop allows users to create and participate in savings groups.

Each group may define:

• Contribution amount
• Contribution schedule
• Number of members
• Payout order
• Administrative fees

Fundaloop does not control the behavior of group members and cannot guarantee that members will meet their obligations.

Participation in any group is at your own risk.

5. Payments and Payouts

Contributions and payouts on Fundaloop are handled directly between group members and admins (cash, GCash, bank transfer).

When you make a contribution:

• Funds are exchanged directly between members
• Funds are transferred according to the group’s payout schedule

Fundaloop does not process or hold user funds. The platform is a coordination tool only.

No third-party payment account setup is required to use Fundaloop.

6. Fees

Fundaloop may charge fees for certain services.

These may include:

• Platform fees
• Administrative fees set by group creators

Any applicable fees will be disclosed before transactions occur.

Fundaloop may update its fee structure at any time.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use Fundaloop to:

• Commit fraud or financial abuse
• Misrepresent your identity
• Manipulate group payouts
• Harass or harm other users
• Violate any law or regulation

Fundaloop reserves the right to suspend or remove users who violate these rules.

8. Financial Risk Disclaimer

Savings circles involve financial risk.

Fundaloop does not guarantee:

• That all members will make contributions
• That groups will complete their cycles
• That payouts will occur as expected

Fundaloop is not responsible for losses caused by other users.

Users should only participate in groups with people they trust.

9. Third-Party Services

Fundaloop relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, and advertising services.

These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Fundaloop is not responsible for:

• Third-party service outages
• External service failures

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Fundaloop may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is suspected
• Required identity verification fails
• Legal compliance requires it

Users may close their account at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding associated with Fundaloop are the property of Fundaloop or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the platform
• Reverse engineer the software
• Use Fundaloop branding without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundaloop is not liable for:

• Financial losses caused by other users
• Missed contributions or payouts
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fundaloop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your participation in savings groups
• Violations of these Terms

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Fundaloop Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

15. Changes to the Terms

Fundaloop may update these Terms from time to time.

When updates occur:
