We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your Fundaloop account and all associated data at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete from the App
Your account will be deactivated immediately. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Account”.
Include the email address associated with your Fundaloop account.
Requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account credentials and profile information
- Group memberships and participation history
- Contribution and payout records
- Reliability score data
- Push notification tokens
- Login provider associations (Google, Apple)
What may be retained
Certain anonymized records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes:
- Anonymized transaction logs (cannot be linked back to you)
- Aggregate group statistics (contribution totals, cycle counts)
This data is fully anonymized and cannot be used to identify you.
Active group memberships
If you are part of an active savings group with outstanding contributions or pending payouts, your group admin will be notified of your departure. We recommend completing any active cycles before deleting your account.
